With such a useful and versatile kit of survival/heal support skills, Otowa is the one of the best support/healer choices for most fights when survival can be difficult. This is very strong as it helps the main tank directly and for allies who get the armor buff, reduce critical hit rate from most at or near 0, except rangers who will still be significantly set back. Her weapon adds PDmg reduction buff of up to 15% for the the front-most ally, and (+20) a 20% or (+30) 40% Armor buff reducing enemy crit chance by 20% or 40%) for 3 random allies. Her kit includes a large 2-turn heal for the lowest health ally, an immunity to elemental damage for the 2 front-most allies, a 3-enemy buff dispel, and a heal and energy gain for the lowest energy target in the party. Otowa is a very diverse single-target healer. Her damage will always be less when not built with a crit red artifact though. Her damage for a F2P can be comparable when her weapon built to the maximum, she is equipped with the gold crit artifact (Incantation) and she is paired with Reese. Her weapon gives a slight boost to ATK, and a cumulative boost to CDMG provided she does not take any damage, providing another mostly random chance to hit harder.Īyano is significantly better with the red artifact (not available to pure F2P) Devilgods Stare, even warranting an entire tier list upgrade when equipped with it. She is very effective against single targets (usually bosses) that are vulnerable to physical damage. Her only 2 skill-based hits of damage are from her passive and her ultimate, but are both randomly selected targets, leading to pure randomness in fights with many targets. She is one of the fastest units in the game due to her personal speed passive buff. Her 2-turn (2T) skill provides her 50% crit chance, meaning coupled with the 15% crit chance from her class, you only need to come up with the remaining 35% to guarantee a critical hit. Mystic Tower: Abyss/Realm of HallucinationĪyano's damage is heavily based off of her critical hit/damage. This is a good effect, and can be very effective against single targets like bosses. Xiangchen's weapon places up to a 15% magic resistance reduction debuff on a random enemy, and also (+30) adds a 15% physical resistance reduction debuff on the same enemy. Xiangchen's normal skill will reduce a front row target's healing received by 50% which can be useful in limiting a tank's survival, and can be exceptional against self-healing tanks like Tenka. Typically Xiangchen's ATK buffs can compensate for this shortage though, providing solid damage buff potential for even for non-Cloud units, and exceptional buffs for Cloud faction units. When run with very few Cloud faction units, Xiangchen's healing can quickly fall behind since both of her heals are single target and she relies on the bonus on Cloud faction units to keep up. Her 2 ATK buffs can be potentially be combined for a 63% ATK boost. Her ultimate skill will heal a single target for the same amount regardless of faction, but will provide a physical damage resistance buff to a front row target, or a 2nd ATK buff if the target is back row. Xiangchen's utility power is increased to top tier when supporting all Cloud faction units because her heal to the lowest health ally every 2 turns will double, and her back row ATK buff every turn will triple. Xiangchen is a support who specializes in supporting Kingdom of Clouds faction units with an average anti-healing capability.
